Our customers and their goods are at the heart of our concerns, and we clearly identify their needs in order to meet our commitments. We implement adapted services with a focus on Operational Excellence.
We control our work processes, which enables us to optimize our costs.
We implement the necessary preventive/corrective actions as part of a continuous improvement process.
We constantly measure our customers’ satisfaction.
Hygiene
On a daily basis, we pay particular attention to the health of each of our employees (mobile and sedentary) through :
- actions to improve their working conditions
- continuing education
- a remuneration policy that respects their work
Security
Our drivers and operating staff are continuously trained in current regulations and safety requirements.
Safety, Quality and Reliability are the cornerstones of our selection and purchasing policy for all our goods and equipment.
All our drivers are integrated into a continuous training and assessment program as soon as they join the company.
Our BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) eco-driving approach aims to increase road transport safety by positively influencing driver behavior.
Safety
We take care of the goods entrusted to us, and pay particular attention to their safety, as well as to the safety of our employees and equipment.
This commitment is reflected in our AEO certification.
Environment
We have opted for a proactive and pragmatic approach to our commitment to the environment through concrete actions.
LELOUP is committed to reducing pollutant emissions and preserving the environment.
As soon as they join the company, all our drivers receive ongoing training in Eco-driving.
We are a signatory of the Responsible Care charter.
